I'm the founder of Mallorca Home Concierge; a boutique property care service born from years of hands-on experience in Mallorca's real estate industry.

I've spent the last few years working closely with a property development company active across Spain, where I've been involved in the full lifecycle of high-end real estate: from project management and licensing to the coordination of maintenance, services and client relations. That experience gave me something most concierge services don't have; a deep understanding of how properties work, what they need, and what can go wrong.

Alongside that, I've personally managed rental properties on the island: handling contracts, coordinating renewals, supervising works and ensuring owners always had clear, accurate information about their asset. I know what it means to be responsible for someone else's home.

Mallorca Home Concierge was created because I kept meeting international owners who didn't have anyone they could truly rely on. Someone who speaks their language, understands their standards, and treats their property with the same care they would. That's what I offer — and I only take on clients I can genuinely serve well.
