- Basic switch-on and response check of the living-room unit. Arrival temperature remains to be set to your preference.
- Outdoor areas
- Visual review of the terrace, pool and accessible planting. Pool maintenance and technical parameters remain the provider’s responsibility.
- Outside this visit’s scope
- Electrical panels and closed technical installations were not inspected. This visit is not a technical inspection or fault diagnosis.

- Cleaning: preparation slot reserved; final timing awaits your arrival confirmation.
- Air conditioning: set to your requested temperature before arrival.
- Welcome: confirm your preferred champagne, flower selection and breakfast preferences. If you are bringing guests, tailor the details to their preferences too.
- Purchases: share the selection and budget for your approval.

I will send the technician’s proposal once received and confirm preparations after we have agreed the arrival details.

What do you take care of as a home manager?
I take care of the supervision and coordination we agree for your home: visits, issues, providers and arrival preparation. My proposal sets out the frequency and scope.
Are maintenance works included?
I set out my fees and third-party work separately. I agree quotes and approvals with you before commissioning work.
Can I keep my existing providers?
Yes. I can coordinate with the professionals who already know your home and consider other options with you when needed.
Do you only work in Son Vida?
I focus my service on Son Vida. If your home is elsewhere, tell me and I will consider whether I can give it the attention it needs.
Can you prepare my home around my preferences for each stay?
Yes. Before you arrive, we agree how you would like to find your home: temperature, groceries and welcome details. Whether you are travelling alone, with friends, as a couple or with family, I tailor the preparations to our agreed plan and submit purchases for your approval.
Is concierge included in my home management service?
Concierge is an additional service agreed around your needs. Before confirming a transfer, private chef or reservation, I set out availability, terms, coordination fees and third-party costs.
Do you provide 24-hour support?
I am available during agreed hours. Before we begin, I agree with you how to report issues and what to do in an emergency. My service does not imply continuous availability.
