SON VIDA · SAMPLE PROPERTY
Your home, up to date.
Home check · 8 October 2026 · 09:30–10:15I have completed the planned visual check and coordinated the next preparations. Here is a summary of what I reviewed and the one matter that needs your decision.
Walkthrough of the planned rooms and door closure checks. No visible changes from the previous record, except for the shutter noted below.
Visual review of the agreed areas. Terrace clear and the next pool-provider visit confirmed.
Main suite shutter
I observed uneven movement when closing it. I suggest requesting a technical visit and a quote before commissioning a repair.
